Please see below for solutions to any known issues with the Clipper Tea Shop.

 

Trouble logging in or resetting password:

If you have any trouble logging in, this may be due to your account login being transferred from the old Clipper Tea Shop to this new one. To activate the account, please reset your password.

To reset your password, go to the Login Page and click on "Forgotten your Password?", then put your email address in the form and click submit. You should receive an email, within 5 minutes, to set the new password and get access to your account.

If you do not receive the email, or you still have problems logging in to the account after a password reset, please let us know here clipper@clfdistribution.com. As a last resort, we can delete transferred accounts to allow you to set up a fresh one.

 

Checkout not working due to Kaspersky software blocking the payment system:

We have informed the payment gateway we use for the shop about this issue and requested they contact Kaspersky to ensure it gets resolved. Kaspersky have a temporary solution in the mean time:

If web pages are not displaying or loading correctly in Kaspersky 2011 / 2012 / PURE 2.0:

  1. Open the Kaspersky software.
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. Click on the first icon, it looks like a shield.
  4. Click on Web Anti-Virus on the left.
  5. Click on the Settings... button on the right.
  6. Click on the Trusted URLs tab.
  7. Check Do not scan HTTP traffic from trusted web addresses if not already enabled.
  8. Click on + Add.
  9. Enter the web address in the same format as the example: *https://live.sagepay.com/gateway/service/cardselection*
  10. Click OK 3 times.
  11. Retry the web site. If it does not work, close all open web browsers and reopen the site.

For Kaspersky PURE:

  1. Open the Kaspersky software.
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. Click on Protection on the top.
  4. Click on Web Anti-Virus on the left.
  5. Click on the Settings... button on the right.
  6. Check Do not scan HTTP traffic from trusted web addresses.
  7. Click on the Select... button.
  8. Click on + Add.
  9. Enter the web address in the same format as the example: *https://live.sagepay.com/gateway/service/cardselection*
  10. Click OK 4 times.
  11. Retry the web site. If it does not work, close all open web browsers and reopen the site.
